This apartment looks exactly like the photos…maybe bigger in person. Very spacious & well done. It is brand new so that is nice. You cannot beat the location and the view of watching skiers parade by the large windows!

This condo is brand new and so gorgeous! It looks exactly like the photos-very well decorated with high end furnishings and bedding. Check in was easy enough and the location is right in the middle of Vail Village…quick walk to everywhere including the gondola. And a surprise bonus was daily housekeeping service. We loved it & hope to be back.

Excellent place in the heart of Vail. Airbnb was nearly exactly as pictured and more spacious than expected. You are right above Patagonia so couldn't ask for a better location. The only cons were the location could be a bit noisy at night so would suggest bringing earplugs and also the furnishings were a bit dated (e.g. couch wasn't particularly comfortable for the person sleeping on it). But overall the hospitality from the Christiana team, access to the hot tub, and incredible location right in the heart of Vail more than made up for this. My whole group would happily stay here again.

Best time in Vail!
Perfect location especially if you enjoy going to Red Lion and Bridge Street at night. Such a close walk and so convenient and centrally located. Such a fun stay with a cute little balcony where you can see outside. We were there for Go-Pro games and I CANNOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE MORE! We will 100% be coming again and staying here!

Great property, fantastic location, can be noisy at night.
Overall this property is fantastic. It's a 1 minute walk to Gondola One and sits in the heart of East Vail Village. The downside of being in the heart of the village is the many, many, drunken apres-apres-ski revelers whooping it up all evening long right outside the window. That quiets down after about 2 A. M.

Great location
Property was an easy walk to slopes and restaurants and it had large common spaces that made it easy to have friends visit apres ski. It is in the village so can get noisy, but bedrooms were not directly over the street so earplugs sufficed.

Great location!
Our family of five was very comfortable during our stay here. The place is a bit dated. That didn’t bother us as we were on the mountain all day, and prioritized location, location, location. Being right in the Village is so convenient, however, it can be noisy early am with delivery and garbage trucks and late into the evening with the sounds of nearby bars, restaurants and upstairs inhabitants. This is not a quiet setting. Being able to walk to Gondola One more than made up for it. Kitchen is equipped, however drink ware is limited. We would stay again - price is right and location can’t be beat!

Great location
The location is amazing!!! The price was great for the summer and offers good space. No a/c and thin walls though, and TVs need a huge upgrade to unwind at the end of a long day.

Winter Cancellation Policy (Arrivals: November 1 – April 30):

A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay is due at the time of booking.

Summer Cancellation Policy (Arrivals: May 1 – October 31):

A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay is due at the time of booking.

Full payment is charged 72 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival will forfeit only the one-night deposit.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made 31 or more days prior to arrival will forfeit the one-night deposit.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. 

A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due either 30 days prior to arrival (winter season) or 72 hours prior to arrival (summer season), depending on your travel dates.

Payments may be made using major credit cards.

Check-in time is after 4:00 PM.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Late check-outs are subject to a half-day charge.

Early check-in and late check-out requests will be accommodated, when possible, but are not guaranteed.

Guests are not allowed to bring pets. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your reservation from unexpected events such as illness, weather disruptions, or changes in travel plans. Insurance may offer reimbursement for non-refundable payments according to the policy terms.
