Our stay was great! The unit is bigger in person than in photos. Everything about the unit itself was great.
It was a little hard to locate based on the instructions from the lady we checked in with at the hotel (in a separate building) we ended up going up 3 different staircases until we found the unit. But the location is amazing for vail! Since it is so centered in the village, it did get a little noisy at night but it wasn’t a big deal. The view from the windows is really pretty especially with the Christmas lights up!
Overall we loved our stay and it was perfect for our group, 2 adult couples, 2 toddlers & a baby.

A great place to stay in Vail for groups or families! It's right in the village and walkable to many restaurants and close to the local shuttle.
This stay felt like the best of hotels and Airbnb. There was daily housekeeping and a front desk that helped us with our luggage (there is a flight of stairs and no elevator) and brought us things we were missing, like laundry detergent.
We enjoyed our stay here and would recommended it!

Great location, great light-filled space especially the living room where we could hear the river that was at high flow in mid-June. The space is so centrally located in the village that you get a bit of street noise on a Friday or Saturday night but all is quiet by around 11pm. Easy access, you can drive to within 15 feet of the unit to unload your car and then there’s a private parking space in a garage about a 3 minute walk from the unit.

We loved staying at this home, I almost don’t want to say so because we want it to be available for our next trip! it was very comfortable and right in the heart of Vail Village. Any restaurant we wanted to go to was a few hundred feet away for the most part it was super close to gondola one and walking distance to the kids ski school. We would love to return again.

Amazing property and beautiful location
We loved the property. It has clearly been recently updated as everything looked brand new. It is spacious, clean and has all the amenities. It's in a prime location in the heart of Vail. The "only" issues we had was noise from the street early in the morning. Right next to the condo is the end of the street and many trucks park to deliver things, and there is also trash collection and it's quite noisy (usually starting 6:30am). (Would be great to replace windows to make it more quiet and to save on energy). But overall we loved the property and would go back any day!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo's furnishings have been updated, there is a TON of space and the location is amazing. You are a 1-5 minute walk from just about anywhere in Vail Village. The condo's main room overlooks a brook flowing into the Gore River and it is just lovely to have the sound of rushing water for ambiance all day. Everything was exactly as advertised.
The condo doesn't have AC and the 2 days it got above 80 during our stay it was hot, but there are fans and a very nice and new portable AC unit we used to cool the main room down.
The only complaint we have is that the condo is right above loading zones for a lot of delivery trucks. Perhaps it was just the Fourth of July weekend but it felt like 3-4 of the mornings we stayed there from 6-730 AM there were extremely loud delivery trucks unloading goods with squeaky breaks. It woke us up a bunch. Maybe we needed to turn the fans up.

Fabulous
We spent Christmas here and it was like being in a snow globe! This three bedroom condo was perfect for our family, Mom and Dad and five kids. The location above the Patagonia store is so fun. There are beautiful big windows with spectacular views of Vail village and then it is only a few minutes walk to Gondola One. Thank you.

Great location in Vail Village
Great location, good sized unit. It could use an update or a remodel, but everything worked and the beds were fine. A nice view of the creek from the living room windows. Bedroom and bathroom configuration and quantity easily accommodated 6. Some downsides - wifi was inconsistent to the point of being unusable. No AC so the unit was a little warm when it was 80 out, but opening the windows helped. There was some street noise, but that was expected due to the location.

great condo at ground zero in Vail Village
What a great location - can't think of one any better! Right in the heart of the village above the Patagonia store. Second floor walk-up condo, nice sized bedrooms, each with own bath (dated, 70s style). Some street noise from both late night revelers and early morning trucks. Access to Christiana Lodge facilities - pool, great breakfast ($10) - and access to the Vail Athletic Club/Wellness Center which is about 2 blocks away. Christiana staff is terrific! Looking forward to coming back!

Winter Cancellation Policy (Arrivals: November 1 – April 30):

A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay is due at the time of booking.

Summer Cancellation Policy (Arrivals: May 1 – October 31):

A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay is due at the time of booking.

Full payment is charged 72 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival will forfeit only the one-night deposit.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made 31 or more days prior to arrival will forfeit the one-night deposit.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. 

A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due either 30 days prior to arrival (winter season) or 72 hours prior to arrival (summer season), depending on your travel dates.

Payments may be made using major credit cards.

Check-in time is after 4:00 PM.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Late check-outs are subject to a half-day charge.

Early check-in and late check-out requests will be accommodated, when possible, but are not guaranteed.

Guests are not allowed to bring pets. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your reservation from unexpected events such as illness, weather disruptions, or changes in travel plans. Insurance may offer reimbursement for non-refundable payments according to the policy terms.
