Property was right in the middle of everything! A little more than 100 yards to the ski lift and dozens of restaurants within a few minute walk. We didn’t have hot water the first day, but they got that up within a day. Our unit was right at the end so we had views of the village streets on both sides. There was a Hot Springs hot tub at the building on our floor or you can go to a different building about 100 yard walk to use the pool and hot tub.

Amazing Location & Condo
My friends and I loved staying here. What a wonderful condo that is well furnished. We will definitely look at staying here again!

Location in Vail Village is Amazing!
We stayed Memorial Weekend at this location. It is as "in the middle" of Vail Village as you can possibly be; amazing location! The staff were helpful at check-in and after, the heated pool was a nice extra amenity, and the cleaning staff did a great job everyday. The one critique I have is the amenities within the condo are slightly subpar (i.e. broken toaster, weak dishwasher, super slow internet, small TV attached to the side wall that has one set of AV cables you have to switch between the DVD and cable box). I would stay here again in a heartbeat despite these minor things. Thanks!

Winter Cancellation Policy (Arrivals: November 1 – April 30):

A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay is due at the time of booking.

Summer Cancellation Policy (Arrivals: May 1 – October 31):

A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay is due at the time of booking.

Full payment is charged 72 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival will forfeit only the one-night deposit.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made 31 or more days prior to arrival will forfeit the one-night deposit.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. 

A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due either 30 days prior to arrival (winter season) or 72 hours prior to arrival (summer season), depending on your travel dates.

Payments may be made using major credit cards.

Check-in time is after 4:00 PM.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Late check-outs are subject to a half-day charge.

Early check-in and late check-out requests will be accommodated, when possible, but are not guaranteed.

Guests are not allowed to bring pets. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your reservation from unexpected events such as illness, weather disruptions, or changes in travel plans. Insurance may offer reimbursement for non-refundable payments according to the policy terms.
